In what has been a great year for the Oak Park Huskies Organization, Andy Marks has been a major part of the changes made to improve the program for players, parents, and everyone else involved.  His participation in this program begins with his Gold Mite team, which he has worked with to teach these youngsters the game of hockey, as well as sportsmanship and other important life lessons.  His dedication to this rink continues with the hard work he does for the rest of the travel house program.  He is the first person to volunteer to run extra hockey clinics or work in any capacity to help improve the quality of the club.  He has a passion for the sport and wants to see it grow and flourish in the community.  In addition, he is deeply involved in the Maximum Development program at the Paul Hruby Ice area, which is the instructional in-house program run at the rink.  He has given up countless hours to helping develop the organization and quality of almost every level of hockey that is run through the Park District of Oak Park.
